A friendly dispute between two friends in Shahdol led to a fight and then murder. The two friends first fought a jam with each other on Saturday night. When the intoxication increased, a dispute started between the two. It escalated to such an extent that one friend beat up the other. The 60-year-old man died while groaning in pain. This incident has been reported from village Gada of Devlond police station area.
However, the police has arrested the accused and sent him behind bars. Devlond police station in-charge DK Dahiya told about the incident that on Saturday night, Ramkhelavan Singh God’s father Balkaran Singh, 60, of village Ganda residence, went to a deserted place to drink alcohol with Kamta Singh God, who lives in front of the house. Both of them consumed alcohol. When they became intoxicated, a dispute escalated between the two over some issue. He beat Ramkhelavan Singh Gond severely with kicks and punches. As a result, he started bleeding profusely from his mouth and nose. Ramkhelavan, injured by the fight, somehow fell and reached his home where he died. The family members informed the police of Devlond police station about the death of Ramkhelavan. Police sends dead body for post-mortem. In the post-mortem report, the doctor said that Ramkhelavan died due to severe injuries. On this the police reached Gada and started investigating the matter and the truth came out openly. The police hastily arrested the accused Kamta Singh Gaud, registered a case under section 302 against him and sent him behind the bars.
