After this, 54 percent voting took place in Banka, 59.94 percent in Purnia and 64 percent in Kishanganj. A total of 58.58 percent voting took place in Bihar.

Whereas in the four seats of the first phase, the highest turnout was 52 percent in Gaya, 50-50 percent in Jamui and Aurangabad. The lowest turnout was in Nawada at 41 percent. In the 2019 elections, a total of 53.47 percent voting took place on these four Lok Sabha seats. There was 49.33 percent voting in Nawada, 56.16 percent in Gaya, 55 percent in Jamui and 53.63 percent in Aurangabad.

152 VVPATs changed during mock poll

According to the Election Commission, a total of 11,887 control units, 11,769 ballot units and 12,665 VVPATs including reserves have been used in the second phase of elections, out of which 59 control units, 53 ballot units and 188 VVPATs were changed during the mock poll.
